Eagles Wings Children’s Village employs an ever-growing staff of Ugandans. The staff includes an assistant director and his wife, a social worker, a farm manager, a maintenance foreman, teachers, security guards, and, for each family of children, two house parents, a cook, and a laundry lady. The directors, Bill and Ann Peckham, originally from Manitoba, Canada, are volunteering their services.
